📦 How Can I Send Multiple Orders at Once?

Parsel makes it easy to fulfill and ship multiple orders in a single workflow using the Batch Orders feature. Whether you're shipping similar products or handling high volumes, batch shipping saves you time and effort.
🚚 Steps to Send Multiple Orders in Parsel:
- Create a Batch: Parsel automatically recommends batches based on SKU and order quantities. Or, manually select orders by checking the boxes next to each one and clicking “Create Batch.”
- Verify Items: Open the batch and review product quantities and order details. Confirm everything is correct, then add the orders to the batch.
- Select Packages & Confirm Weights: A multi-order table will appear. Choose the appropriate package type and confirm the weights. 🛠️ Tip: Use bulk editing to apply weights or package types to multiple orders at once.
- Choose Carrier & Service Level: Verify the shipping carrier and service level for all orders. Purchase shipping labels in bulk.
- Print Packing Slips & Labels: After purchasing, you can print all packing slips and shipping labels together or individually. To print in bulk, click “Print Together.” 📄 Note: Orders will print in order from the oldest to the newest.
