🛠️ What Features Does Parsel Offer?

Yes! Parsel supports international shipping to over 220 countries through trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Whether you're expanding globally or fulfilling an overseas order, Parsel helps make the process smooth and efficient.

✈️ Key Things to Know About International Shipping with Parsel:

Make sure product information in Shopify - like weight, country of origin, and HS (Harmonized System) codes - is complete and accurate. This helps avoid delays at customs and ensures correct duties calculation.



To enable international orders, configure your Shipping Zones in Shopify. This step is essential for orders to be properly processed and quoted for shipping.



By default, Parsel supports DDU shipments. This means your international buyers will need to pay duties upon import. Be sure to communicate this clearly at checkout to avoid surprises.



Want to offer a smoother experience with DDP (duties paid at checkout)? You’ll need to integrate an additional Shopify app to calculate and collect duties in advance.

Note: Please note that Parsel does not support shipments valued over $2,499; and in such cases, you may need to head over to the respective carrier's website and directly use their services.

🌍 Can Parsel Ship Internationally?

Yes, Parsel allows you to send partial shipments—perfect for situations where only part of an order is ready to ship due to inventory constraints or customer requests.

Navigate to the order you’d like to partially fulfill in your Parsel dashboard.

For the items you don’t want to ship yet, simply leave them in the 

 section. These will remain unshipped for now.

📦 Is It Possible to Send a Partial Shipment?

Yes - Parsel actively checks for potentially invalid or incorrect addresses to help prevent delivery issues and failed shipments.

If an address looks incorrect or incomplete, it will be

Parsel pulls order information directly from Shopify, so any address corrections must be made in your Shopify admin.

📍 Does Parsel Check for Bad Addresses?

Parsel makes it easy to fulfill and ship multiple orders in a single workflow using the Batch Orders feature. Whether you're shipping similar products or handling high volumes, batch shipping saves you time and effort.

🚚 Steps to Send Multiple Orders in Parsel:

Parsel automatically recommends batches based on SKU and order quantities. Or, manually select orders by checking the boxes next to each one and clicking 

Open the batch and review product quantities and order details. Confirm everything is correct, then add the orders to the batch.

Verify the shipping carrier and service level for all orders. Purchase shipping labels in bulk.

⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts in Parsel

To export your monthly shipment reports from our system, follow these steps:

Set the filters to the desired date range for your report.

 located at the top right of the table (the icon shows an arrow pointing down).

A pop-up will appear with the top box automatically checked, confirming that you want to export the filters you set.

If needed, you can add a second email to the distribution list; by default, it will send to the account you are logged in with.

Check your email for the report, which should arrive in about a minute.

. You can open CSV files in Excel, and it should work seamlessly.

If you experience issues, consider trying a different device, as performance may vary based on software compatibility.
