Setting up a Branded Tracking Page

Parsel's Branded Tracking feature lets you replace the default carrier tracking page with a fully customized, merchant-branded experience — included free with Parsel labels.
Before You Begin
Make sure your customer support contact information is configured, as it powers the Support Module on your tracking page.
- Go to Settings → Organization
- Add your support email address and/or support URL
- Click Save
Setting Up Your Branded Tracking Page
- From the Parsel app, go to Settings → Delivery Experience
- Select a Theme Preset as your starting color scheme
- Choose your fonts (or upload custom fonts), then add your logo and background image
- Click Advanced Options to fine-tune colors, border widths, and shapes (see definitions below)
- Click Save
Your Parsel tracking URL will now direct buyers to your branded tracking page.
Advanced Options: Field Definitions
Page
| Field | Description |
| Background Color | Main background color for the entire tracking page |
| Primary Text | Text color for delivery card headers and the tracking history card title |
| Secondary Text | Text color for body text |
Buttons
| Field | Description |
| Background | Color of the delivery status slider and delivery card icons |
| Text Color | Color of the icon inside the delivery status slider |
| Border Color / Width / Radius | Reserved for a future functionality release — not currently active |
Inputs
Controls the appearance of the tracking page search feature (coming soon — future functionality to look up and search tracking codes).

Cards

| Background | Background color of the delivery card, tracking history card, and tracking page header |
| Border Color | Color of the borders around all cards and the header line break |
