Creating a Parsel Account: Step-by-Step Guide for Brands

Follow these steps to create your Parsel account:
Visit the Parsel website:
Visit parsel.app to get started.
Sign in with Google or enter your email address:
Choose to quickly sign in with your Google account or manually enter your preferred email address.
Parsel does not use passwords. You will receive a magic link in your email to log in. If you get logged out, Parsel will use your email and magic link to log back in.
Enter your phone number and verify:
Provide your phone number.
You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter this code on the verification page to confirm your number.
Select your account type:
Select Shipping App if you will be purchasing shipping labels and fulfilling orders using the Parsel app.
Select Tracking App if you will be using the Parsel app to sync tracking data back to Shopify and access branded tracking.
Connect your Shopify store:
Follow the prompts to securely link your Shopify store to Parsel.
- This works best if you are signed into your Shopify account before attempting to connect.
Not ready to connect? No worries, you'll be able to connect later in Settings.
Create your Parsel profile:
Add essential information including your name, company name, customer support email and business address. This information ensures accurate shipment processing and support routing, enhancing your and your customers' experience.
Enhance your delivery experience:
Set up your branded tracking page by adding you logo, hero image, custom fonts and colors.

For Shipping App users:
Customize packing slip:
If you pack your own orders, navigate to the packing slips section within your account settings to customize your packing slip.
Add your company name, return address, contact information, website, and a personalized footer message.
Save your customized packing slip settings.
Set Up Billing:
Navigate to the billing section within your account settings.
Add your payment details to ensure smooth transactions for shipping labels and related services.
Verify and save your billing information.
Add Packaging:
Navigate to the packaging preferences in your account settings.
Add your frequently used package sizes and dimensions.
Save your packaging details to streamline your shipping process.

Start Shipping!
Once you've completed these steps, your Parsel account will be fully activated, and you can start buying shipping labels and fulfilling orders with Parsel.
