Connecting Your Shopify Store to Parsel

When you connect your Shopify store with Parsel:

  • Order information is synced across platforms.
  • When an order is fulfilled in Parsel, Shopify inventory is updated to reflect this.
  • Tracking information is updated real time from Parsel to Shopify.

keeps your orders, tracking information and fulfillments synced across both platforms.

Before you complete the below steps, we recommend signing into your Shopify store.

Steps to connect your Shopify store to Parsel:

  1. Visit  parsel.app  and log into your Parsel dashboard.
  2. In your dashboard, select Settings from the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the Storefronts tab.
  4. Click Connect in the Shopify section.
  5. Enter your Shopify store URL in the format yourstorename.myshopify.com.
  1. You can find this URL in your Shopify admin under Settings > Domains.
  1. You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection.
  1. If you are not already logged in to your Shopify store, you will be prompted to do so.
  2. Review the permissions and click Install.
  1. You'll be redirected back to your Parsel dashboard and should see a message indicating your Shopify store is connected.

Tip: Ensure your product weights and shipping information, including Harmonized System (HS) codes, are up-to-date in Shopify to maintain accurate shipping rates in Parsel.
