⏹️ How Can I Put an Item on Hold?

To place an order on hold in Parsel, you'll need to do so directly in Shopify. Parsel recognizes and mirrors hold statuses set in your Shopify store.

🛠️ How to Place an Order on Hold:

  1. Go to Shopify: Open the order you'd like to place on hold in your Shopify admin.
  2. Update Order Status: Change the order status to “On Hold.”
  3. Parsel Syncs Automatically: Once the update is made, Parsel will reflect the on-hold status at the top of your order list. 📌 Note: Orders placed on hold cannot be added to batches in Parsel.
