Parsel doesn’t offer a native order merge feature - but merging is still possible with the help of Shopify apps.
🛠️ How to Merge Orders:
- Use a Merge Order App in Shopify: Install an order merge app (like Order Merger) to combine multiple orders from the same customer. These apps let you set up custom workflows to define when and how orders should be merged.
- Parsel Syncs Automatically: Once the orders are merged in Shopify, Parsel will automatically sync and display the new consolidated order in your dashboard. 💡Tip: Merged orders in Shopify will behave just like any other order in Parsel and can be fulfilled as usual.
