Void a shipping label

You can void shipments individually or in bulk, whether you're correcting a mistake, changing an address, or need to reprocess an order.
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Shipments Table: Navigate to the Shipments section using the left sidebar.
- Void an Individual Shipment: Find the shipment you want to void, then click the void button (⍉) next to the order number. A confirmation pop-up will appear - click Confirm to proceed.
- Void Shipments in Bulk: Select multiple shipments using the checkboxes on the left side. Then, click the yellow Multi-Edit button and choose the option to void shipments.
