Exporting Shipment Reports

To export your monthly shipment reports from our system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the shipments table on the left side of the dashboard.
  2. Set the filters to the desired date range for your report.
  3. Click the export button located at the top right of the table (the icon shows an arrow pointing down).
  4. A pop-up will appear with the top box automatically checked, confirming that you want to export the filters you set.
  5. If needed, you can add a second email to the distribution list; by default, it will send to the account you are logged in with.
  6. Click export.
  7. Check your email for the report, which should arrive in about a minute.

Notes:

  • The exported file will be in CSV format. You can open CSV files in Excel, and it should work seamlessly.
  • If you experience issues, consider trying a different device, as performance may vary based on software compatibility.
