📦 How to Find a Purchase Order (PO) in Parsel

Last updated April 18, 2025

We get this question often — so here’s a quick guide to help you locate your PO (Purchase Order) in Parsel. It’s actually super simple!

🔍 If You’re Searching in the Orders Table:

If you’re using the Orders table to look for your PO, you might notice it doesn’t show up right away.

Why? → Because the Orders table often has predefined filters applied by default.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Go to the Orders table.
  2. Remove the filters at the top of the table. (Look for any applied filters like statuses — clear those out!)
  3. Once the filters are removed, your PO should appear in the list.

📑 Or Use the Shipments Table (After Label Creation):

If a shipping label has already been created for the order, you can also:

  1. Go to the Shipments table.
  2. Use the search bar to look up your PO number or order information there.

This is often the fastest option if the order has moved past the unfulfilled stage!

✅ Quick Recap:

  • Can’t find a PO in the Orders table? → Remove the filters!
  • Label already created? → Check the Shipments table instead.
