Manage Your Shipping Service Levels
Last updated June 25, 2026
Mapping service levels to specific shipping methods allows you to operationalize your shipping preferences by selecting which shipping carrier services are available for each service level you offer customers. Follow these steps if you wish to set up service levels.
Service levels are optional and should be used with caution. If you chose to set up shipping levels, Parsel will follow those and may hide the best shipping rate. However, you can manually override to another shipping option when purchasing shipping labels. If you do not set up service levels, Parsel will default to the cheapest shipping option when fulfilling orders.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Navigate to Service Levels Settings:
- Click on Settings in the sidebar menu.
- Select Service Levels.
- Add or Review Your Service Levels:

- Service levels will pull from your Shopify shipping options.
