📦 How Can I Split My Order Into Multiple Packages?

Need to send items from a single order in more than one package? Parsel makes it easy to manage split shipments. Just follow the steps below:

🔧 Step-by-Step: Splitting an Order into Multiple Packages

  1. Open the Order: Locate the order you want to split and click on the order number in your Parsel dashboard.
  2. Select the “Split” Function: Click the “Split” option to begin managing the items across different packages.
  3. Remove Items from Packages: Click the “-” sign next to any item you'd like to pack separately. This will un-assign the item from its current package.
  4. Allocate Items to a New Package: Drag and drop the unassigned item into the new package area (look for the blue box under "Package 1").
  5. Save Allocation: Once you’ve arranged the items into their respective packages, click “Save” to confirm your changes.
  6. Refresh the Order Page: The page will refresh automatically, displaying the new package breakdown.
  7. Update Package Details: Enter the correct package type and weight for each package as needed.
  8. Verify Shipping Details: Review the carrier and service level for each package to make sure everything is correct.
  9. Purchase Labels: Click “Purchase Labels” to buy shipping labels for all packages.
