🔄 Where Can I Initiate a Customer Return?

Customer returns are initiated directly in Shopify - not through Parsel.
📦 How It Works:
- Start the Return in Shopify: Go to the order in Shopify and initiate the return process.
- Replacement Orders: If a replacement order is created during the return process, Parsel will automatically sync with Shopify and display the new unfulfilled order for processing.
- Fulfillment in Parsel: Once the replacement order appears, you can fulfill it through Parsel just like any other order.
