⏸️ Why Are Orders On Hold in Parsel?

Orders may appear “On Hold” in Parsel for a variety of reasons - and they must be resolved in Shopify before they can be fulfilled.
🚨 Common Reasons for On-Hold Orders:
- Fraud flags
- Failed payments
- Invalid shipping addresses
- Operator or manual holds
🔄 How It Works:
- Orders placed on hold in Shopify will automatically appear on hold in Parsel, listed at the top of your screen.
- Once the hold is removed in Shopify, the order will move to the unfulfilled orders list in Parsel.
- You can process single orders directly from the hold list if the issue has been resolved. ⚠️ Note: Orders on hold cannot be added to a batch in Parsel.
