Managing Payment Methods

Efficiently managing your payment methods ensures uninterrupted service and helps track your shipping expenses clearly. Here's a quick guide to add, update, or remove payment methods
Adding a Payment Method:
- Navigate to "Billing" on the sidebar.
- Select + Add payment method.
- Choose between Credit Card, Google Pay, and a US bank account.
- Add the details as necessary, then save your changes.
Removing a Payment Method:
- Access "Billing" settings.
- Click the "X" next to the payment method to delete it.
- Confirm removal when prompted.
Important Payment Management Tips:
- Regularly review and update payment methods, especially expiration dates.
- Keep at least one active payment method to avoid service disruptions.
- Failed payments disable label purchasing; once resolved, allow up to one hour to resume shipping.
- Credit Card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. To avoid this fee use a US bank account.
